Key Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fraud investigations, preferably within the banking sector.
• Basic understanding of banking operations and working knowledge of law and criminal justice procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, report writing, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Conduct investigations into incidents of actual and suspected fraud, bribery, corruption, data breaches, and misconduct.
• Gather evidence, interview suspects and witnesses, evaluate findings, perform root cause analysis, and draft detailed investigation reports.
• File required regulatory incident reports (such as CBUAE STR or SAR) within prescribed timelines.
• Collaborate with internal functions including Internal Audit, IT, HR, Legal, and Compliance.
• Identify potential systemic risks, monitor fraud trends, and assist in delivering fraud awareness training.
