Legal Manager

Contextual Overview

Flam is seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Manager to join their team in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka. This is a high-ownership, business-facing legal role reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, focused on managing the company's day-to-day legal requirements, commercial contracting, corporate compliance, and international matters.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate/commercial legal teams and in-house technology, SaaS, internet, AI, media, advertising, or high-growth environments.
• Education: LL.B. from a reputed law school.
• Licensing: Indian Bar qualification preferred.
• Skills: Strong background in commercial contract drafting/negotiation and exposure to US commercial contracts.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Own end-to-end commercial contracting including MSAs, SaaS agreements, SOWs, enterprise customer agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Support sales and GTM teams in enterprise contract negotiations and risk identification.
• Handle US and international legal matters, supporting the US entity and global expansion framework.
• Collaborate with HR on employment agreements, contractor documents, and separation policies.
• Manage legal operations, contract repositories, and external legal counsel.
