Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Legal Expertise: Handle complex real estate transactions, including contracts, financing, closings, and title examination/insurance.
• Business Development: Develop strategies to attract new clients and cultivate relationships within the real estate industry.
• Client Management: Provide high-level client service and manage relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Marketing & Networking: Enhance firm visibility, build brand presence, and engage with local business and legal communities.
• Risk & Compliance: Manage legal/business risks and uphold ethical standards.
• General Duties: Assist with administrative tasks, office organization, and hospitality.

Compensation

Base Pay: $85,000.00/year
