Key Eligibility Criteria

• Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (3-year or 5-year integrated LLB) from a recognized university.
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in a corporate legal function.
• Preferred: Prior experience in IT, technology, startup environments, or corporate legal teams of law firms.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft, review, and vet company-related contracts and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments and liaise with external legal counsel.
• Assist in developing legal frameworks, processes, and policies.
• Identify legal risks and conduct legal research.
