GLOBELANCE is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer specializing in merchant banking to join its team in Mumbai, India. This senior-level role focuses on managing end-to-end IPO mandates and ensuring strict adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks within the financial sector.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Professional Qualification: Must be a Qualified Company Secretary (CS).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a listed merchant banking company.
• Domain Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in managing IPO mandates from inception to completion.
• Skills: Strong understanding of compliance regulations in the financial sector, excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for all merchant banking operations.
• Oversee and manage end-to-end IPO mandates, ensuring legal and regulatory adherence.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify potential risks and operational improvements.
• Develop and implement compliance training programs for staff.
• Liaise directly with regulatory authorities and facilitate timely document submissions.
• Monitor changes in regulations to assess operational impacts and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and the board of directors.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Compensation: ₹10,00,000 to ₹15,00,000 per annum (Up to ₹15 LPA based on skills and experience).
• Employment Type: Full-time
