GMR Group is hiring an Associate Manager Legal for its Greater Hyderabad Area office. This mid-senior level full-time role focuses on legal operations for the GMR Interchange Project, Hospitality District Project, and the Centralized Document Management System (CDMS). The position reports to the CLO – GM Legal.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: LLB
• Experience: 5-7 years in Commercial Leases, Joint Venture Agreements, Registrations, and Documentation
• Skills: Professional drafting and negotiation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, leave and license, lease deeds, and EPC contracts for GMR Interchange, Co-living, Sr. Living, Hospitality District, and Hospital Projects.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies during contract drafting and review.
• Liaise with Sub Registrar Offices (SROs) for lease deed registration and maintain relationships with jurisdictional SRO offices.
• Manage the Centralized Document Management System (CDMS), including SOP preparation, cross-functional awareness meetings, and document custody.
• Coordinate with external law firms, advocates, and courts, as well as internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Secretarial Team).
