Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: LL.B (LL.M preferred)
• Experience: 10-12 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and regulatory legal work.
• Specialization: At least 5 years in managing high-stake cases, preferably in infrastructure, aviation, or regulated sectors.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage high-value, precedent-setting, and regulatory litigations including arbitrations, writ petitions, tariff disputes, and environmental matters before NGT, High Courts, and the Supreme Court.
• Develop litigation strategy, legal positioning, and key arguments.
• Address disputes arising from concession agreements, airport service contracts, and regulatory directions.
• Prepare representations to government/regulatory authorities regarding policy amendments affecting airport operations.
• Conduct legal research, maintain precedent databases, and track litigation matters through MIS dashboards.
• Coordinate with law firms, senior counsels, and government authorities.
