Key Eligibility Criteria

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Vetting, negotiating, and closing funding treasury contracts (term loans, cash credit, NCDs) with final sign-off authority.
- Managing contracts for strategic partnerships, vendor agreements, NDAs, and SLAs.
- Maintaining contract lifecycle records and opining on stamp duty obligations.
- Handling super-escalated customer complaints and regulatory responses.
