Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Handle transactions and deal with financing documents.
• Draft, review, vet, and finalize contracts with strong expertise in contractual and corporate laws.
• Draft specific agreements including lease agreements, license agreements, and concession agreements.
• Manage revenue-sharing agreements, joint-venture agreements, and development contracts.
