Manager - Compliance at Gurues Outdoors India Private Limited

Gurues Outdoors India Private Limited (CityPulse) is hiring a Compliance Manager to independently manage statutory, legal, labour, taxation, licensing, and government-permission requirements for its urban mobile media network operations in Mumbai.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 7–12 years in compliance, legal administration, statutory compliance, or government liaison.
• Education: Graduate or postgraduate qualification.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of GST, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and labour-law requirements.
• Preferred: Additional certification in Labour Law, Compliance, or Legal Administration; experience in advertising, outdoor media, or infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage GST, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and labour-law compliance.
• Ensure timely statutory filings, renewals, and documentation.
• Coordinate with CAs, legal consultants, and government authorities.
• Handle municipal and outdoor-advertising permissions, license applications, and renewals.
• Track vendor agreements, contracts, and legal records.
• Maintain compliance calendars, support internal/external audits, and identify compliance risks.

Compensation & Location

• Salary: 9-10 Lacs (Annual)
• Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
• Employment Type: Full-time
