Halma plc is seeking a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Specialist based in Bengaluru to oversee the design, evaluation, and strengthening of its internal control framework. This role involves a data-driven approach to identifying control gaps, ensuring statutory compliance, and managing operational, financial, and regulatory risks across the organization.

Key Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Qualified CA, CA Final (pursuing), or CA Inter (both groups cleared).
  • Experience: 3–5 years of internal audit experience for qualified CAs; 5–7 years for others.
  • Essential Skills: Proven experience in Internal Financial Controls (IFC) framework.
  • Preferred Background: Experience in a Big 4/mid-tier audit firm or internal audit function of a multinational/listed company.
