The firm is actively building a dedicated carrier-defense practice (INSDEF) alongside expanding its business, commercial, and construction litigation portfolios, offering a long-term growth and partnership track.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Licensure: Must be licensed to practice law in Florida.
• Experience: 3–5 years of litigation experience.
• Skills: Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, paired with strong analytical, organizational, and case management abilities.
• Preferred Background: Carrier-side insurance defense experience representing insurers, or prior experience as staff counsel or an insurance claims adjuster. Construction, commercial, business, or general civil litigation experience is also highly valuable.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Work directly with experienced litigators valuing responsiveness, strategic thinking, and practical solutions.
• Handle meaningful courtroom and client-facing responsibilities from the start.
• Contribute to carrier-defense practice building, commercial litigation, and construction litigation matters.
