Legal Operations Specialist

Contextual Overview

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a talented Legal Operations Specialist to join their legal team in Dubai, UAE on a hybrid work schedule. The role reports directly to the META General Counsel, combining legal operations, corporate support, and administrative coordination to support the legal function across the META region.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in legal operations or corporate governance support roles, with at least 4 years based in the UAE.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Skills: Familiarity with legal technology tools and contract/document management systems; experience in MNCs or international law firms preferred.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Support legal entity management across Honeywell's META entities, including statutory records, filings, and governance documentation.
• Assist with board and shareholder matters, including resolutions, powers of attorney, and minutes.
• Manage corporate licensing processes, renewals, and regulatory submissions.
• Manage and optimize legal department workflows, trackers, reporting tools, and contract management technology.
• Provide administrative support to the META legal leadership team, handle external counsel onboarding, and track legal spend.
