Regional Compliance Officer - APAC

Contextual Overview

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Regional Compliance Officer (APAC). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and improving the company’s compliance framework across East Asia, ASEAN, and the Pacific, acting as a strategic partner to senior management to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 12-15 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal, or risk management.
• Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal/compliance qualification is highly valued.
• Language: Fluency in English (written and oral) is mandatory.
• Regional Expertise: Experience working in the APAC region within a multinational corporate environment is preferred.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advise senior management on compliance risks, controls, and remediation strategies.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to anticorruption, sanctions, export controls, trade, and antitrust.
• Support internal investigations, including fact-finding and documentation in coordination with Legal and HR.
• Develop and deliver regional compliance training and awareness programs.
• Lead compliance-related post-acquisition integration activities.
