Overview
The ICSI Institute of Insolvency Professionals (ICSI IIP) is inviting applications for the position of Managing Director on a contractual basis. The role involves acting as the Executive Head, overseeing the regulation of insolvency professionals, and ensuring compliance with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Member of ICSI, ICAI, ICMAI, MBA, or Law Graduate from a reputed institute.
- Experience: 20 years in insolvency, banking, finance, corporate laws, or governance, with at least 5 years in a CEO or senior management role.
- Age: Maximum 55 years as of 01.08.2026 (relaxable up to 60 years).
- Nationality: Indian Nationals only.
Responsibilities & Scope
- Executive leadership of ICSI IIP and implementation of strategic decisions.
- Ensuring compliance with the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and other corporate laws.
- Liaising with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) and other regulatory bodies.
- Managing disciplinary processes and professional development initiatives for members.
Stipend & Compensation
Consolidated Compensation: Rs. 24 Lacs to Rs. 30 Lacs per annum (approx).
