iCuerious Research Services LLP is hiring a Patent Analyst/Team Lead to join their Patent Litigation & Licensing Support practice in Chandigarh. This is a leadership-oriented, full-time role focused on complex patent research, team management, and client engagement.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Typically 5+ years of relevant experience in patent research, patent analysis, or litigation support.
- Skills: Ability to independently understand complex technologies, perform patent searching/interpretation, and lead project teams.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Conducting invalidity and prior-art searches and rebuttal analysis.
- Drafting litigation-grade claim charts and Evidence of Use (EoU) charts.
- Performing Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) analysis and patent portfolio evaluations.
- Managing Standard Essential Patent (SEP) checks and competitive intelligence.
