Patent Analyst / Team Lead

iCuerious Research Services LLP is hiring a Patent Analyst/Team Lead to join their Patent Litigation & Licensing Support practice in Chandigarh. This is a leadership-oriented, full-time role focused on complex patent research, team management, and client engagement.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Typically 5+ years of relevant experience in patent research, patent analysis, or litigation support.
• Skills: Ability to independently understand complex technologies, perform patent searching/interpretation, and lead project teams.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Conducting invalidity and prior-art searches and rebuttal analysis.
• Drafting litigation-grade claim charts and Evidence of Use (EoU) charts.
• Performing Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) analysis and patent portfolio evaluations.
• Managing Standard Essential Patent (SEP) checks and competitive intelligence.
• Mentoring analysts, ensuring quality control, and communicating complex technical concepts to clients.
