Vigilance Associate

Contextual Overview

IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring a Vigilance Associate based in Navi Mumbai. This role focuses on organizational integrity, managing liaison with law enforcement and external legal counsel, and conducting investigations into fraud, misconduct, and internal malpractices.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, B.Sc, BA, BBI, or BMS) or Master’s degree (MBA, M.Com, or MA).
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, analytical mindset, and proficiency in MIS reporting.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Liaise with law enforcement authorities and external legal counsel within defined turnaround times.
• Conduct investigations into fraud, corruption, and employee misconduct.
• Perform surprise inspections and checks to ensure organizational compliance.
• Manage MIS reporting and maintain accurate documentation of complaints.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and deliver vigilance awareness training programs.
