They are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Junior Lawyer based in Noida.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Degree: LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
- Registration: Enrollment with a Bar Council in India is preferred.
- Experience: 0โ2 years of experience in corporate law, compliance, or commercial advisory is beneficial.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and basic legal research tools; strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Provide legal aid and corporate advisory to startups, MSMEs, and NGOs.
- Conduct legal research on statutes and case law.
- Draft and review contracts, corporate documents, and compliance notes.
- Support senior lawyers in client consultations and dispute resolution.
- Contribute to legal literacy initiatives, workshops, and corporate governance frameworks.
