Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Mandatory LLB or LLM degree.
- Experience: 3–6 years of specific experience in real estate legal or compliance roles.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Drafting and vetting lease/sale agreements and MoUs.
- Managing regulatory filings and liaison with government authorities (sub-registrar, municipal bodies).
- Conducting compliance audits and property due diligence.
- Monitoring revenue streams and ensuring financial transactions align with legal obligations.
- Identifying legal risks and implementing corrective measures.
Stipend & Compensation
