Indigo Group is seeking a legally qualified professional (LLB/LLM) to serve as the Real Estate Legal Head in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role focuses on managing legal compliance, regulatory processes, and revenue assurance across the organization's property portfolio.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Mandatory LLB or LLM degree.
- Experience: 3–6 years of specific experience in real estate legal or compliance roles.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of property laws, land regulations, lease agreements, and RERA guidelines.
- Practical Skills: Proven experience in handling on-ground government office work (sub-registrar, municipal authorities).
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting lease and sale agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with RERA and local statutory requirements.
- Managing property registrations, stamp duty processes, and legal filings.
- Monitoring revenue streams (rent, lease payments) and identifying revenue leakages.
- Liaising with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
Stipend & Compensation
