Infinity Bridge Solutions, a staffing and recruiting firm based in Pune, Maharashtra, is hiring a Team Lead – Contracts to head its contracts function, overseeing drafting, review, compliance and lifecycle management of commercial, vendor, client, employment and service agreements.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- 5–8 years of relevant contract management experience.
- Proven ability to draft, review, validate and manage various agreement types.
- Strong knowledge of contract compliance, risk assessment and lifecycle processes.
- Experience leading and mentoring a contracts team.
- Excellent stakeholder‑management, negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Draft, review, validate and maintain contracts and agreements.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals and amendments.
- Ensure contractual documentation aligns with company policies and legal requirements.
- Identify contractual risks and coordinate mitigation with legal, HR, procurement, finance and business units.
- Lead, mentor and supervise the contracts team to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Support contract negotiations and resolve contractual issues with stakeholders.
