Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage SEBI compliance including listing and disclosure requirements for listed companies.
- Handle MCA, statutory filings, and Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) requirements under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Draft written statements, replies, and representations for cases and complaints filed by investors against client companies or RTAs.
- Investigate and handle investor complaints, coordinating with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Maintain records of investor complaints, case documents, regulatory correspondence, and compliance activities.
