Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: BA LLB (2027 Batch).
• Academic Performance: No current backlogs; 60% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI in 10th, 12th/Diploma, and UG courses.
• Skills: Legal research, critical thinking, analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of financial products is an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Collaborate with global legal teams (Americas, EMEA, APAC) on paralegal projects.
• Assist in responding to legal subpoenas, IRS summons, DOJ inquiries, and garnishment notices.
• Draft, review, and upload legal agreements, amendments, and schedules to digital repositories (e.g., SharePoint).
• Support Legal Analysts with fund disclosure document updates and registration statement filings.
• Prepare board books, agendas, and materials for fund board meetings.
• Maintain and update legal item calendars and status reports daily.
