Responsibilities & Scope of Work

- Draft, review and maintain data‑protection agreements, privacy policies and terms of service.
- Map data flows and align technical operations with a coherent global regulatory framework.
- Research international regulatory developments and produce clear legal memos and comparative analyses.
- Develop and improve legal templates, guidance, DSAR processes and knowledge bases.
- Identify and assess legal risks related to emerging technology laws and product designs.
- Drive process improvements, leveraging AI and automation to enhance legal workflow efficiency.
