Associate Counsel – Credit Trading and Restructuring

- J.D. (or equivalent law degree) and admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction
- 3+ years of verifiable transactional legal experience in Trading & Markets and/or restructuring
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Review and negotiate corporate documents and agreements (lock‑up, cooperation, restructuring support, transfer provisions)
- Draft and negotiate NDAs and LSTA secondary loan trading documentation
- Coordinate with associate lawyers in other jurisdictions and advise business partners on transactional issues
- Drive decision‑making, manage priorities, and use legal tech tools
- Support special projects and ad‑hoc initiatives
Stipend & Compensation
Base pay range: $78,850.00 – $127,000.00 per year (paid)
