Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents and preparing case files.
• Representing clients before tax authorities, tribunals, and relevant forums.
• Researches statutes, case law, and regulatory updates, and analyzes changes in statutes.
• Advising on compliance, dispute resolution strategies, and developing legal opinions.
• Supporting assessments, appeals, client communication, summarizing notices, and briefing seniors.
• Periodic outstation travel as required.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Compensation: As per industry standards / based on interview performance.
Mode: On-site (Gurugram corporate office).
