Key Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in contract drafting, review and vetting, legal research, and regulatory compliance.
• Industry exposure in Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, IT, or related sectors is preferred.
• Strong understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
• Excellent analytical, legal research, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting various types of commercial contracts.
• Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis.
• Managing regulatory compliance matters for clients across healthcare, life sciences, IT, and related sectors.
• Handling client communications and independently managing assigned casework.
