Khaitan & Khaitan (K&K) is inviting applications for the position of Associate to join its Capital Markets team in New Delhi. This full-time role offers dynamic exposure to transactional execution, regulatory compliance, and advisory work.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Hold a recognized law degree.
• Mandatory enrolment with the Bar Council of India.
• 2 to 4 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in capital markets transactions at a reputed law firm.
• Company Secretary (CS) qualification serves as an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advising on IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, OFS, and other capital markets transactions.
• Conducting comprehensive legal and secretarial due diligence.
• Drafting and finalising offer documents and transaction-related paperwork.
• Preparing responses to observations and queries from BSE, NSE, SEBI, and other regulatory authorities.
• Coordinating with issuer companies, merchant bankers, auditors, and intermediaries.
• Advising stakeholders on the Companies Act 2013, SEBI ICDR Regulations, SEBI LODR Regulations, and SEBI Insider Trading Regulations.
• Drafting and reviewing material contracts and transaction documents.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Compensation: As per industry standards.
Mode: Full-time, On-site (New Delhi).
