Kissht is hiring an Associate - Non Litigation for its Corporate Legal team based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role requires a motivated legal professional to manage day-to-day non-litigation matters, commercial contract drafting, vendor agreements, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination within the financial services and FinTech sector.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Possess an LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Demonstrate 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Corporate Legal or Non-Litigation roles.
• Good understanding of Contract Law, the Companies Act, and general corporate legal practices.
• Prior background with NBFCs, FinTech companies, corporate legal departments, or law firms handling corporate advisory is preferred.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft, review, and vet commercial agreements including NDAs, vendor, service, and consultancy agreements.
• Assist business teams in reviewing contractual terms to highlight and mitigate legal risks.
• Maintain legal agreement repositories, records, and coordinate validation of legal documentation.
• Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and corporate compliance requirements.
• Prepare legal notices, replies, declarations, affidavits, and liaise with external counsel.
