Kites Engineering Solutions is seeking a commercially aware and hands-on lawyer for a high-visibility execution role within its established Legal & Compliance structure. The position focuses on managing commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and cross-border legal matters, with substantial opportunity for growth as the organization expands. This is not a Head Legal position but a specialized role requiring strong legal discipline and sound judgment.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- 3–5 years of substantive Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- LL.B. / Integrated Indian law degree or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Strong commercial drafting and legal-research capability.
- Hands-on experience with corporate, contractual, or regulatory matters.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage commercial contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and obligation management.

- Manage legal interfaces for GST, customs, export, and transaction structures.
- Coordinate JV, technology-transfer, IP, and licensing arrangements.

- Lead negotiations with clients, OEMs, technology partners, and institutions.
- Coordinate with government, regulatory, and licensing authorities.
- Provide employment, expatriate, and executive legal support.
