Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with additional professional qualification such as an MBA.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Skills: Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines and processes, strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage and enforce an effective legal, product, and agreement compliance program aligned with bank-wide standards.
• Handle vendor onboarding, risk assessment, and audits.
• Expand and review outsourced vendors and ensure timely submission of vendor reports to internal departments.
• Prepare and summarize internal product audit reports by collecting and analyzing data.
• Document audit findings and provide recommendations to the management team regarding current product compliance with laws and regulations.
• Examine and analyze records, reports, operating practices, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and strengthen internal control structures.
• Monitor critical processes to assess adherence to updated guidelines.
