Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage and enforce an effective legal/product and agreement compliance program aligned with bank policies
• Vendor onboarding, risk assessment and audit
• Expand and review outsourced vendors; submit vendor reports to internal department
• Prepare, analyse and summarise internal product audit reports
• Document audit findings and recommend improvements to management
• Ensure compliance with regulations and controls; strengthen internal control structure
• Verify ongoing processes against updated guidelines and monitor critical processes
