• Mid‑Senior level experience

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Handling PAN India GST litigations for 20 registrations
• Timely correspondence with SCNs, audits, and notices
• Renewal of statutory certifications and permissions under GST Act, 2017
• Filing GSTR‑9/9C for all registrations and for KSB Tech Private Limited
• Contract review of customer agreements with GST and insurance clauses
• Providing GST support and legal opinions to all business units
• Conducting periodic training and knowledge‑sharing sessions
• Updating team on GST amendments and training on them
• Analyzing business transactions for risk and mitigation plans
• Monitoring and developing Cygnet software issues per GST amendments
• Preparing contingent liability schedules for KSB Limited and KSB Tech Pvt. Ltd.
