Key Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 10β12 years of experience in Labour Compliance and Industrial Relations (IR) within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
- Qualifications: LLB/LLM or Labour Law qualification preferred; experience with large logistics or e-commerce organizations is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws including CLRA, PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, and Labour Codes; proven ability to conduct statutory and labour compliance audits.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Ensure compliance with central and state labour laws including CLRA, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, PF, and ESI.
- Manage and monitor contract labour compliance, vendor documentation, statutory validations, and adherence checks.
- Coordinate statutory licensing processes, maintain statutory registers, and support internal and external audits.
- Handle employee grievances, labour disputes, strikes, and workforce disruptions while maintaining liaison with labor authorities.
- Support payroll compliance checks, validate statutory deductions, and monitor vendor compliance documentation on an ongoing basis.
