This full-time role involves handling regular advisory and litigation engagements pertaining to Customs, Foreign Trade Policy, and Special Economic Zones.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Law Graduate from a known Law School with a strong academic track record.
• 6 months to 2 years of post-qualification experience in indirect tax.
• Prior experience in Customs, Foreign Trade Policy, Special Economic Zones, and related subjects is preferred.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Handle regular advisory and litigation engagements pertaining to Customs, Foreign Trade Policy, and Special Economic Zones.
• Brief and assist seniors in appearances before various forums, including tax officers, Tribunals, High Courts, and the Supreme Court.
• Draft legal documents such as legal opinions, replies, and tax appeals.
• Prepare submissions, handle replies to notices, and represent clients during appeals alongside managers.
• Contribute to the firm's knowledge-building initiatives, including case law digests, litigation meetings, and article writing.
