Litigation Associate – Up to $125K

Organization: Law Firms (boutique litigation firm in Birmingham, AL)

Role: Litigation Associate (full‑time)

Key Eligibility Criteria

• 1+ years of litigation experience

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage complex civil litigation matters (insurance defense, medical malpractice, professional liability, employment litigation, general liability)
• Handle all litigation stages: depositions, hearings, discovery, motion practice, court appearances, trial preparation
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents
• Work directly with attorneys and clients in a collaborative boutique environment
• Gain early courtroom exposure and meaningful case ownership

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Annual salary: $100,000–$125,000 (paid)
