Associate Attorney – Family Law

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is seeking an Associate Attorney specializing in Family Law to join their office in Galveston, TX. This full-time role is designed for a courtroom-ready advocate who wants to focus on litigation and client representation without the administrative burdens of business development.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Must hold a valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years.
• At least 2 years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation experience.
• Demonstrated courtroom presence and ability to manage a high-impact docket under pressure.
• Proficiency in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and modern e-filing systems.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Lead strategy for contested divorces, complex SAPCR cases, and protective orders.
• Represent clients in Harris County and surrounding courts with confidence and clarity.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and First-Chair trials utilizing deep knowledge of the Texas Family Code.
• Provide results-driven, compassionate counsel to clients navigating family law matters.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Compensation: $70,000 - $130,000 per year (Base salary plus bonus structure with $70k+ annual upside). Additional benefits include a 401(k) with up to 5% company match, medical/dental/vision plans, disability insurance, PTO, company holidays, and an earned hybrid option.
