SSQ is recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm for a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its London team. The role focuses on high-value, transactional real estate matters with a specific emphasis on data centre developments.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 2–6 years' Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Background: Strong commercial real estate experience gained at a leading City, international, or US firm.
• Qualifications: Australian and New Zealand-qualified lawyers are explicitly welcome to apply.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advise on acquisitions and disposals of significant real estate assets.
• Handle development projects and complex development arrangements.
• Manage investment transactions and portfolio matters.
• Focus on high-value data centre developments and transactions.
• Negotiate and draft sale and purchase agreements, development agreements, leases, and other property documentation.
• Manage due diligence and coordinate transactions from instruction to completion.
• Collaborate with corporate, finance, and projects teams on multi-disciplinary transactions.
