Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Scrutiny and verification of title documents.
- Preparation of Legal Scrutiny Reports (LSR).
- Drafting legal opinions for banks and financial institutions.
- Verification of parent documents, encumbrance certificates, patta, survey records, and revenue documents.
- Assisting in property due diligence and mortgage-related matters.
- Drafting and reviewing sale deeds, settlement deeds, gift deeds, MODT, release deeds, and other registration documents.
- Coordinating with Sub-Registrar Offices and government departments when required.
- Conducting legal research related to property and registration laws.
