Eligibility

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on loan recovery, banking laws and consumer protection
• Analyse loan agreements, credit reports and related documents
• Prepare legal notices, complaints and other correspondence
• Communicate with prospective clients and assist with onboarding
• Maintain regular client communication and case updates
• Assist in negotiations and ADR with banks and NBFCs
• Maintain client records and update CRM system
• Support senior team with case management and coordination
