Legodesk, a legal-powered recovery infrastructure for Indian lenders, is seeking an Empanelment Manager in Bengaluru. The role involves managing the screening, due diligence, and onboarding of partner advocates to ensure a verified and compliant network for legal recovery workflows.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 3–6 years in vendor empanelment, partner onboarding, or vendor compliance (banking, NBFC, insurance, healthcare, or marketplace sectors).
• Legal Background: Not required. Legodesk provides training on legal processes.
• Preferred Qualifications: LL.B. or familiarity with Bar Council processes; experience with advocate panels, TPAs, or diagnostic labs.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Define and execute the empanelment process: application, screening, interview, due diligence, agreement, and onboarding.
• Verify Bar Council enrolment, practice areas, court experience, references, and conflicts of interest.
• Execute vendor agreements, NDAs, and data-protection undertakings; maintain audit-ready records (ISO 27001 compliant).
• Onboard advocates onto the platform, SOPs, and payout terms within defined timelines.
• Maintain an approved bench of advocates (including backups) for active courts and cities.
• Manage periodic re-verification and de-empanelment of partners.
