• Background: Prior experience at a law firm is essential.
• Skills: Sharp drafting, confident negotiation, solid grounding in corporate transactions and general corporate advisory, and a self-starter attitude capable of handling high-paced law firm workloads.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Run corporate and commercial mandates independently from instructions to closing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and transaction documents.
• Handle M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and corporate transactions (structuring, due diligence, documentation, and closing).
• Advise clients on corporate, governance, and regulatory matters.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and timelines, and guiding junior team members.
