Key Eligibility Criteria
- Hold an LL.B., B.A. LL.B., or B.B.A. LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a law firm, legal services organisation, or in-house legal team.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Contracts: Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements; conduct legal research relating to contractual matters.
- Trademark: Handle trademark searches, applications, examination reports, oppositions, and portfolio maintenance before the Indian Trade Marks Registry.
- Designs & Copyright: Prepare and file design and copyright applications, handle prosecution matters, and respond to objections.
- Commercial Litigation Support: Assist in commercial disputes, draft pleadings, applications, notices, case briefs, and chronologies while coordinating with counsel.
