Lexresolve Services Pvt Ltd (Settle Loan), a prominent legal-tech company specializing in debt resolution and financial solutions, is hiring a Legal Associate / Legal Consultant to join its team in Gurgaon and New Delhi. The role involves providing expert legal advisory, dispute management, and handling client acquisitions within the financial services sector.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in Law (LLB, LLM, BA.LLB, BBA.LLB, BCom.LLB, CS).
• Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) of 6 months to 2 years (Freshers are also encouraged to apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong relationship management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions.
• Providing consistent and technically sound legal advice and solutions to clients.
• Identifying and acquiring new clients through business development initiatives.
• Developing and executing strategies for dispute avoidance and management.
• Representing clients in negotiations and providing expert client counseling.
• Collecting and analyzing legal data to spot relevant trends and insights.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

INR 20,000 CTC per month + Variable (Work from Office mode).
