MakeMyTrip is hiring a Senior Executive - Legal - Contracting for its legal team based in Gurgaon. The role involves managing complex legal challenges, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, and providing strategic legal advisory services to support business objectives.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Hold an LL.B degree from a reputed institute.
• Possess 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Prior experience as an in-house counsel or at a law firm handling contract review and compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Review, analyze, and ensure compliance with various legal agreements, including MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, Vendor/Supplier Agreements, SaaS Agreements, and Service Provider Contracts.
• Monitor and assess legislative changes impacting technology laws, consumer protection regulations, and data privacy compliance.
• Negotiate and finalize business agreements with partners to secure favorable terms, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance.
• Update legal documents to align with company policies, standards, and group interests.
• Advise key stakeholders on legal implications, compliance, risk mitigation, and best practices.
