Contextual Overview

Marmon Technologies India Pvt Ltd is hiring a Contract Data Validation and Playbook Analyst based in Bengaluru. This role supports the Legal Contracts Team in managing contract data, authoring playbooks, and utilizing AI tools for contract review and negotiation, reporting directly to the Assistant General Counsel.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 4–7 years in Law (Attorney or Corporate Paralegal) or Contract Management/Analytics.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with AI contract review and CLM platforms (e.g., Spellbook, Ironclad, Sirion, Agiloft).
• Domain Knowledge: Experience with US multinationals and cross-time-zone collaboration.
• Operational Skills: Strong MS Office/Excel and document comparison skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Validate AI data pulls in the Contract Management System (CMS) regarding contract abstracting and document linking.
• Develop and review playbooks and fallback positions for various contract templates.
• Coordinate a 'legal sounding board' process for iterative review and sign-off of playbook content.
• Conduct AI-assisted first-pass reviews on third-party paper.
• Review and negotiate non-disclosure agreements; review India-law governed contracts if qualified as an Indian attorney.
