This role provides comprehensive legal support for Marvell’s India operations, covering employment, privacy, intellectual property, regulatory, and litigation matters. The position requires an onsite presence five days per week and involves working with a dynamic global legal team.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Active Bar Admission in India.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in law from a top-tier law school.
• Experience: Minimum 3-6 years of relevant in-house or law firm experience.
• Skills: Strong legal research, writing, and contract drafting capabilities.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Provide legal advice on commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and revise contracts and legal documentation.
• Support litigation, claims, and dispute negotiations.
• Conduct internal investigations and manage external legal counsel.
• Prepare and enhance company policies to align with global standards.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Compensation: Competitive salary, eligible for bonus and equity plans (including new hire grants and annual refreshers).
Mode: Full-time, Onsite (Bengaluru).
