Marvell Technology is seeking a motivated Corporate Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support for its India operations. Based in Bengaluru, this role involves advising on employment, privacy, intellectual property, regulatory, and litigation matters within a global semiconductor leader.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Active Bar Admission in India.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in law from a top-tier law school.
- Experience: Minimum 3-6 years of relevant in-house or law firm experience.
- Skills: Strong legal research, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance expertise.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Provide legal advice on commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.
