Meraki Talent is recruiting a Junior Real Estate Solicitor on behalf of an international law firm located in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. This permanent, full-time role sits within a sophisticated commercial real estate practice, offering the opportunity to handle high-quality transactions alongside experienced market-recognized lawyers.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Junior qualified solicitor, ideally holding NQ–2 PQE.
• Demonstrable experience within a commercial real estate or property team.
• Background from a large international law firm or a strong regional practice.
• Strong commercial property transaction knowledge combined with solid drafting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Handle acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
• Manage commercial leasing, landlord and tenant matters.
• Contribute to property development, investment work, real estate finance, and secured lending matters.
• Handle portfolio and asset management alongside property due diligence.
• Draft and negotiate leases, agreements, and other property documentation.
• Support senior lawyers on complex transactions and build direct client relationships.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Compensation: Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
Mode: Full-time, On-site (Manchester).
