Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Collaborate with global leadership to establish and manage compliance centres of excellence in India.
• Provide subject matter expertise on retail banking products, regulatory environments (including Consumer Duty), and Compliance Risk Frameworks.
• Oversee stakeholder management for Compliance MDs/Directors across global geographies.
• Provide thought leadership regarding the Business Oversight Compliance and Target Operating Model.
• Mentor and support the growth of the India Compliance team.
