Contextual Overview

Mishcon de Reya LLP is seeking a talented Managing Associate with 6+ years of post-qualification experience to join its Dispute Resolution team in the Dubai office. The practice focuses on high-value cross-border litigation, international arbitration, digital assets, enforcement, and strategically significant disputes across the UAE and the wider GCC region.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified lawyer with 6+ years PQE, gained within a leading international Dispute Resolution practice.
• Strong commercial litigation experience, ideally including substantial court proceedings (international arbitration experience is desirable).
• Completed training at a leading international law firm.
• Existing regional experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Take day-to-day ownership of significant disputes and workstreams.
• Supervise junior Associates, coordinate counsel and experts, and work directly with clients.
• Manage due diligence processes and project manage effectively.
• Exercise high standards of client care and service while undertaking business development activities both internally and externally.
