Nyayshakti Associates, a Pune-based full-service law firm with a strong focus on criminal litigation, is hiring an Advocate for a full-time, on-site role in the Pune Division. The firm specializes in complex criminal cases under special statutes such as MCOCA, POCSO, NDPS, and the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, with regular appearances before Sessions Courts and the Hon’ble High Court.

Key Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: LL.B. from a recognized university.
  • Bar Enrollment: Must be enrolled with a State Bar Council and eligible to practice in Maharashtra courts.
  • Legal Knowledge: Strong foundation in criminal law, including proficiency with MCOCA, POCSO, NDPS, MPID, SC/ST Act, and Maharashtra Prohibition Act.

  • Appear regularly before Trial Courts, Sessions Courts, and the High Court for arguments and cross-examinations.
  • Coordinate with clients and colleagues to ensure timely case progress and maintain accurate records.
